GoHighLevel workflow automation
Build around the event that actually happened, not a sequence of hopeful delays.
For agencies that need client follow-up, assignment, appointment journeys or internal handoffs to work consistently, including repeat submissions from existing contacts.
Discuss this project ↗What we can scope
What I can deliver
- An agreed trigger and field map for each lead source or business event
- Routing, waits and follow-up branches with account timezone and consent requirements defined
- Reply, opt-out, booking and human-stop behaviour checked before launch
- Duplicate-event and repeat-submission handling appropriate to the source
- A test record and handover describing what was verified and what still needs live evidence
How it works
From brief to handover
- 01
We define the starting event and the business outcome in plain language.
- 02
I map the decisions and build the workflow using the permissions and integrations agreed for the project.
- 03
We test success, repeat events and refusal paths before any authorised launch.
Before we start
Questions before we start
Can you fix an existing workflow instead of starting again?
Yes. I first check the trigger, filters, execution history and expected behaviour, then propose the smallest repair that addresses the reproduced problem.
Will every lead get a marketing sequence?
No. The journey must respect the lead’s request, messaging permission and opt-out status. Internal alerts can still route an enquiry without automatically enrolling someone in marketing.
Can a snapshot replace testing?
No. A snapshot can carry reusable configuration, but destination-specific credentials, source IDs and integration connections still need checking in the target account.
