Email, server & technical support
One developer for the technical work that falls between the website, CRM and infrastructure.
For agencies that need help with domain configuration, email authentication, a hosting move, a failed deployment or a planned patching backlog.
Discuss this project ↗What we can scope
What I can deliver
- An inventory of the affected domain, provider and system ownership
- Scoped DNS and email authentication configuration, with provider-specific requirements checked
- Server updates, hardening, migrations or deployment repairs within the agreed remit
- Backup and rollback checks before changes that can interrupt service
- A change log, verification notes and clear ongoing maintenance responsibilities
How it works
From brief to handover
- 01
Share the symptom, affected service and what changed recently, without including credentials.
- 02
I inspect authorised evidence and agree a change window and recovery approach where needed.
- 03
After the scoped repair, I verify the affected path and document any remaining provider or access dependency.
Before we start
Questions before we start
Can email authentication guarantee inbox placement?
No. Correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC support legitimate sending, but recipient engagement, reputation, content and provider filtering also affect delivery.
Do you offer emergency or round-the-clock cover?
Availability and response expectations are agreed in the scope. This site does not promise a 24/7 support desk.
Can you maintain a server someone else set up?
Often, after an initial review of access, backups, the stack and existing responsibilities. Unsupported software or missing recovery options may need attention before routine maintenance.
